On placing an order with Glue Direct you will be automatically be sent a confirmation email to the address supplied with details, price and delivery charge and method, this will be followed by a dispatch (or other) email so you can always know the status of your order. Orders can also be checked by logging into our website after ordering.

Glue Direct always endeavours to deliver UK orders next day if ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday. All items offered for sale are usually held in stock. Goods ordered Friday may not arrive until Monday depending on your local delivery. Please note* Whilst this is not a guarantee of service, it is the standard we always aspire to. (Feed back on delivery time is always welcome to help us refine our service even more)

Orders are usually sent by the method you choose at checkout but we reserve the right to choose the shipping method.

We are happy to accept returns but can only be made by prior arrangement, please contact us or call 00 44 (0) 1555 820990. Unauthorised returns will be refused.

Unused, unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. A refund or exchange will be given provided that they are in as new condition, with all original packaging and suitable for resale. A £3.95 minimum handling charge applies for non fault returns. (Non fault refunds always exclude our actual postage and packing charges).

Always refuse damaged or incomplete packages.

Refunds can only be given on damaged goods when we have been notified within 48 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately. All damaged goods must be returned before a replacement or refund can be given.

The warranty on electrical goods is strictly on a return to base agreement after 28 days of receipt, we reserve the right to repair, replace or upgrade electrical goods if they are no longer available, for an item of a similar value or performance.

You are always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods, please send returns recorded or special delivery with return authorisation number and covering letter. We do not refund postage costs in any circumstance.

Signing for registered items accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. Always refuse damaged or leaking parcels.

Faulty goods (especially electrical items) must be returned according to the manufacturers instruction, in the absence of this please contact us for advice.

Goods are sent by the shipping method you choose at checkout. Whilst 90% of our orders are sent same or next working day, please allow up to 3 -7 days delivery for UK orders, 7- 14 days for airmail and worldwide and 5-6 weeks for surface mail worldwide (only used for heavy orders when the shipping charge does not cover airmail postage). No orders are sent out Saturday or Sunday.

A signature is required for items sent by Royal Mail signed for or next day delivery, in the unlikely event that your goods are late, please check with your local sorting office to see if any parcels await collection.

"Next day delivery" refers to the standard of service the goods will be sent by, Glue Direct will not accept liability for loss or inconvenience in the unlikely event of late delivery. Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, for suitability issues please contact the manufacturer.

Our descriptions of products are generalisations; we do not guarantee the "suitability" of goods for any specific person or use. As with any mail order purchase the choice of "suitability" lies with the consumer based on our fair and accurate description.
